With Thanksgiving around the corner, United Way of Natrona County (UWNC) has much to be thankful for. Our 2019-2020 workplace campaign is in full-swing and we’re amazed by the incredible generosity of the employers and employees that have already committed to this campaign, which raises funds to support various agencies in Natrona County. We’re also fortunate to have incredible individual donors—that don’t just give their money, but also their time, talents, and voices to important causes.
We’re thankful for the opportunity to work with our supporters and to give back through our grant allocations and other efforts to so many agencies doing meaningful work in our community. With your help, we accomplish amazing things in Natrona County and can collectively tackle issues in the areas of basic needs, health and wellness, and youth development.
Let’s keep the momentum going on Giving Tuesday. This year, Giving Tuesday is on December 3rd and while you may be gearing up to find the best deal on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, we ask you to join the movement and help others by giving your time, monetary donations, goods, or your voice on December 3rd (and every day!). UWNC makes it easy to do all four, right here in our community!
When you give to United Way of Natrona County, you invest in the community. Your community. We connect local dollars, advocates and volunteers with local issues, so our partner agencies have the support and resources to tackle our community’s biggest needs. Whether you’re interested in volunteering, advocating for a cause close to your heart, donating money and/or goods to those in need, United Way of Natrona County can help! As an advocate for and partner to nonprofits in the community, we can help you participate in Giving Tuesday in the way that matters most to you.
The United Way of Natrona County works to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our community, giving everyone an opportunity to participate in the outcome. The organization secures and provides financial resources to 25 partner agencies, supports advocates, and coordinates volunteers. Contact us to learn more!
